This half day course provides managers and others responsible for recruiting staff with the knowledge and skills that they need to effectively manage the recruitment and ongoing management of staff.
The training is fully compliant with current version of Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025, Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023.
The course covers all the elements needed to undertake your due diligence when recruiting staff & volunteers:

This course assumes a sound knowledge of safeguarding and the management of safeguarding children & young people.
