We are a preferred provider of Safeguarding training for Leicestershire County Council. Phasic delivers regularly to Leicestershire’s Early Years settings, to School Governors as well as to voluntary sector organisations. Our knowledge and expertise is transferable into other local authorities and other organisations. We can flexibly deliver to your whole setting directly to your whole teams.
As a Designated Safeguarding Lead Coordinator, you have certain statutory duties to fulfil within your role. Our training covers all of the the main areas of responsibility that you have and that you need to know and builds on your knowledge and experience as a DSL, the training also give you opportunity to discuss and share what works for you and to network with other organisations.
Advising on and supporting development policies and procedures and other non-delegated responsibilities
Our high quality safeguarding training is fully compliant with your Local Safeguarding Children’s & Adults Partnerships. We cover all the competencies that are relevant to your job role. As we are also part of the LSCP Trainers network, we are able to use all local information to help inform your learning. This includes the learning from local serious case reviews.
The training also reflects the government guidance Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018, Keeping Children Safe in Education 2019.
